This enables me to experience an effective neck traction.One of the biggest improvements is the design and operation of the side knobs.This makes it easier to be sure that you have applied the same amount of traction equally on the left side of your neck as on the right side of your neck.I have found that the back air bladder is effective in applying traction to the back side of my neck.The supplied battery operated automatic pump is a nice little luxury as well. The automatic pump supplies just the right volume of airflow so as to make it very easy to inflate the back air bladder to exactly the traction force you want.The Twinklepoch JQAH-8 is very sturdy and can be used as an effective neck brace as well if needed.I love it.
