I took a chance purchasing this. So far the only reviews were from Amazon Vine and I wasn’t sure if they were just too good because they received the product for free. I purchased this and at the time there was a 16% off coupon. I do not find the unit to be extremely noisy. I think it is appropriate for the power it has. I first started using it at full power (it is the loudest) and it worked great. I turned the speed down a bit and it was still suctioning the dust and a bit less noisy. I’m very impressed by how well it vacuums the dust. I like not having a cord, but I did plug it in to charge and turned the unit on and it still worked. I suppose if you ran out of battery you could plug it in and still use it which is nice. I’m using it for taking off gel polish with an e-file at home for myself, so I can’t comment on all day use. I am really impressed with the look of the unit and the sturdiness. It is all plastic but doesn’t feel cheap. If I had the chance to do it again, I would have purchased the bundle with the extra two filters. An earlier review said they were not available, but as of this review we can purchase them. It was very easy to clean after using. I like how the top is magnetic it come off easily, yet is very secure when attached. I’m really glad I splurged. The packaging was really nice. If it was being given as a gift it would look really upscale. According to the instruction packet (it was made for all the models that L’ugx sells) it appears that this version is the most updated in their line. I’m super happy with it and feel that it is a solid product that actually works really well. Based on my experience with this, I’m contemplating treating myself to their pro e-file. I feel much more confident and less anxious about spending considerably much more money for that based on the quality of this unit. Again, I’m really pleasantly surprised at how nice this is and how well it seems to work for my gel nail removal. :)
