I bought this product a few weeks ago, I bit nervous because I was afraid to use it, to burn myself. When I received it I was impressed of how good the presentation looked, the box was intact, it came with dark glasses, a razor, the charger and the product itself, they came in smaller boxes and very nice set up. Instructions were in there, and another sheet that states who and how to use. Very clear and understanding. I started using it about 1wke and half ago, am using it 3 times per week, I started low at 1-2 on all areas and now am using higher level. Def you can feel that is working, obviously if its too too hot lower the level down, my skin is light and a bit sensitive I had to stop at level 7, that is my comfort zone, of course everyone is different.At this point i do feel my leg hair is coming out slower, before I had to shave every other day, now takes me about 2 days to shave again(this is big for me) I will update later down the road and see how things are doing, but other than that I love the product, easy to use, it is good quality.
