Description
TerreMax VS Manifold Flange Valve regulates of the flow of fluids through sprayers, pumps, hoses and bulk tanks. It is designed for commercial use and is used for heavy-duty plumbing and irrigating. This bolted ball valve is molded using blended fiberglass, filled polypropylene for resistance to heat, oil, gasoline, and hydraulic fluids. The valve is diamond turned for easy contact between self-aligning ball and the Teflon seats. The polypropylene valve contains Teflon bushings that do not stick or bind when the sprayer is in use. This lets the self-aligning ball to move freely against the seat. The garden sprayer part uses O Rings made from Viton for lasting performance.

FLUID CONTROL The flange ball valve regulates the fluid flow makes it easy to transfer it through equipment like sprayers, hoses, pumps and bulk tanks. The valve is suitable for tasks like heavy-duty plumbing connection and irrigation purposes.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION The flange valve features polypropylene molding that is reinforced with for extra strength to the valve. This material ensures resistance to chemicals. It has stainless steel bolts and nuts which provide resistance against corrosion.
RUGGED DESIGN The polypropylene valve boasts diamond turning that makes the contact between the self-aligning ball and Teflon seats easy. This is a valve with full port that allows for convenient flow of fluid through the equipment. The presence of O-rings made from Viton allows checking flow of fluid in or out of the valve.
SMOOTH OPERATION The Viton valve provides the free flow of self-aligning ball against the Teflon seats for hassle-free operation. It has 1/4 turn opening and closing that works with very little pressure on the lever handle. The Teflon self-lubricating stem bushings do not stick or bind.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS The manifold ball valve has 2 in. FP flange x 2 in. FP flange connection. It provides maximum pressure of 100 PSI. The 2 in. opening thru ball allows for regulated flow of the fluid.
