This was my first experience with a bidet and while installation isn't the easiet thing, it was much easier than I was expecting it to be and the instructions were perfect at describing steps. My only issue were the weird toilet seats that came with my house. They were difficult to remove, but a quick google video took care of that issue.I'm not sure what these "feature" options are that it asks me to rate.Temperature Control: there is none. It is non-electric. Don't use in the winter, or if you do, be prepared to wake up.Easy to install: that was a good one to be fair, it was easier than I expected to installSoftness: I... I don't... What??? it's made of hard plastic, so no. but also you don't sit on it, it attaches to the back of the toilet seat.It doesn't have a hot water attachment, just like your toilet doesn't (unless your rich and it does, I don't know your life); so if it is cold outside, expect the water to be cold. My solution is to flush your toilet and run it on the low setting briefly to "purge" any standing cold water, it'll be a little warmer and less likely to make you jump off the toilet.. probably.Never felt cleaner6 toilet paper rolls / out of 5
