A couple years back I bought a Big Bop, Love it! Great quality. I figured I would give this Mission Stuffel 45 liter a go! Love how it packs into a small stuff sack. Very convenient if you’re traveling and you need some extra Stuffel space! Ingenious design. The only reason I gave it four stars is the shoulder straps, kind of awkward. It makes sense for packing into its own stuff sack. I like how you can carry it like a duffel bag and it also has handles on all four sides of the bag. The pack is of high-quality and rugged, it seems durable and probably will last a long time. Mission Ranch makes quality stuff! I do like the straps on the pack and the handles on the bag, it is conveyor belt quality. we will see how the shoulder straps work out, I have not used it yet to see how The backpack straps will work! in my opinion this bag is for convenience and if you’re looking for to use this for hiking or backpacking I don’t think that’s a good choice. They make other bags for that purpose, hence the name Stuffel! This will work out great for the purpose that I want it for, something to consider when purchasing this Mission StuffelI did purchase the 45 L cherry, the color is sweet and vibrant! I would recommend this product…My first mystery ranch product. Exactly what I was expecting; simple quality. perfect for my application. This might be the perfect bag for weekend travel. This is a nice-looking, well-made bag constructed with extra-durable materials. It has a lot of room for your stuff but takes up almost no room when not in use. The bottom pouch can hold shoes or dirty laundry and the main flap has flat zippered mesh pockets for small items. The color looks just like the color in the photos on my devices. It's very sharp. I thought the bag would be much bigger than it was but it's a totally manageable size and format. They did some kind of magic with the shape of the bag, I think. For me the price is pretty steep for the features you get. It doesn't have a long sling strap; if you have one at home, it won't attach to the bag in a balanced way. The backpack straps are too far apart for the bag to stay on my shoulders at all. They slide off, down my arms. I thought this was primarily a backpack with a duffel profile, but it's actually a duffel bag with two long straps that you can haphazardly put your arms through. I could only use this bag in situations where I don't have to carry it much. I think you have to have a bigger frame to wear it comfortably. The pockets and features are minimal which makes the bag lighter and less bulky but prevents carrying a water bottle, jacket, travel docs, etc., in an easily accessible way. Some kind of outside pocket or even webbing would have made a huge increase in functionality, even if you couldn't carry a water bottle.Altogether though if you're looking for a duffel bag (not a backpack, this isn't a backpack), and you don't need a balanced cross-body strap, this could be a great choice. The bag holds a lot, its quality is excellent and it packs up so, so small.I decided to try out this convertible duffle on my yearly Christmas trip to visit my family. And as my vacation was unexpectedly extended due to a death in the family, I've been living out of this pack for 2 weeks now instead of 1. I've found it to live up to my expectations, which were that it could adequately replace the small rollable I normally take.It has enough space for the clothing I usually take and has interior pockets for things like underwear and socks. There is one main large compartment whose zipper cover is lined with the aforementioned pockets. There is one additional small compartment where I stowed things like extra masks, charging cables, etc. This particular size worked well for me in place of a 20-25" rollable. It isn't expandable though, so you have to know that what you need to pack will fit.Although it is not rollable, it is relatively easy to carry either by the handle/strap or as a backpack. I like the fact that it is a bit softer and more malleable than my soft-sided luggage as I'm able to stuff it in places where I wouldn't be able to fit my usual luggage. And I love the fact that when I'm not using it, it folds into itself for easy storage. I always have a hard time figuring out where to put my luggage when I'm not using it, so being able to easily stick this in my limited closet space is fantastic. To me, this is probably one of the best features of this item. The biggest cons compared to other luggage I own is that there are no interior straps to hold items down and there is no compartment to stow folded pants or shirts/blouses - but the nature of this pack isn't intended for that use, so I won't ding it for that. If I need to bring nice clothing, I'd add a small garment bag to my load or I wouldn't use this piece of luggage for that trip. I think this piece is designed for the adventurer, but it also works well for casual trips like mine.I'd be happy to buy more pieces from this manufacturer with my own money and plan to do so.
