This bed is a bit lighter, bouncier, and softer than expected. However, it was compact and affordable, and shipped quick. If you like a soft mattress this is great. If you meant to select the firm one and accidentally picked the soft one - don’t open the inner plastic packaging without checking first because it becomes very big very fast and would be hard to return. Which is my story but we’re willing to accept it.
