After reading several reviews on this SereneLife 16PSI High Pressure SUP Air Pump, I purchased it solely for it's stand-alone-battery function being able to pump-up my SUP without being plugged in ANYWHERE.This pump does a fantastic job and fills my paddle-board twice as fast as one of my paddle-board buddy's.I was happy to read an Amazon review that explained the 'long-hold' power button function to turn it back on when needed, I can see where not knowing this would cause some to think that the pump could be broken.After carefully using my pump for a while (2-3 times a week), I had to contact SereneLife's customer service about a small part that broke. They went ABOVE and beyond to replace the part, asking only that I write this review.The button controls are pretty straight forward and I love that it comes with it's own sturdy case which holds and organizes everything, plus it has a built-in compartment that contains the car adapter power cord, again keeping everything organized and compact. Yes, I have recommended this pump to many other paddle-board buddies.This pump also came with different rubber hose seals which you can swap out for a better fit as needed. Overall I have been very impressed with the SereneLife 16PSI High Pressure SUP Air Pump and company. It works great to inflate multiple boards (3 or 4 boards to 15 psi on a single battery charge).
