Well, I really like this ItriAce Q302 printer. This is the latest and the greatest portable printer from ItriAce, and it's much better than my previous M382 thermal printer in almost all aspects. FYI, it's the same as Phomemo Q302 printer, just rebranded, it even uses the same app. I like this one much better because it's lighter, looks and feels of higher quality, and it's much easier to feed paper thanks to the top paper loading slot. The only downside is that it doesn't support printing on thermal paper rolls and color printing. The printer itself is small and compact, making it easy to take with you wherever you go. It fits easily in a backpack or a shoulder bag, and it's surprisingly lightweight (only 411 grams!), but still feels like a sturdy piece of equipment. The app connection and setup are fairly easy, and it took me less than 5 minutes to start printing. But if you have trouble connecting, use this trick - double press the power button and the printer will print out a QR. Then just scan this code with the app, and it will connect to the printer no problem. Once connected, the printer works flawlessly. The app is well-designed and straightforward to use, which is great for people who aren't tech-savvy. You can print all sorts of things from the app, such as web pages, photos, and documents. You can also connect it to your PC or Mac and print the same way as you do with any other printer. The printing itself is quick, and the quality is excellent at 300 dpi. The text is sharp, high contrast, and easy to read. The battery is 2400 mAh that allows you to print a whooping 170 pages without ever recharging, which is fantastic for mobile printing when you don't have any power source nearby.The printing itself is quick, and the quality is surprisingly good for a thermal printer. The fact that this printer only prints in black and white may also turn away some users who need color printing, but again, for BW documents its printouts are outstanding. The only concern I have is the cost of thermal paper, which runs about $20-$25 for a pack of 200 sheets, which is about 10 to 12 cents per page. It is surely more expensive than the regular paper but not too bad taking into account that you don't have any expenses for toner or ink to print.Bottom line:Yes, I definitely recommend this ItriAce Q302 portable printer. It's a significant upgrade over the M382, boasting a lighter design, higher quality construction, and easier paper loading. While it doesn't support thermal paper rolls or color printing, its compact size and easy app setup make it ideal for on-the-go use. The app interface is user-friendly, offering seamless printing of various content types. With quick printing, excellent 300 dpi quality, and a long-lasting battery, it's perfect for mobile printing.
