My package came ready to go right out of the box. I even had two extra cords that I didn't end up needing, so I put them to the side for possible future use. It was easy to set up and register the windows 10 software. Both monitors were the exact same and overall the computer looks great. No scratches, dents or obvious wear and tear on any of the monitors, keyboards, mouse, or computer tower. I will say this: When the package arrived, I was leery because the bottom of the monitors were poking out the UPS box. The UPS driver told me that is how he got the packages. I was a little worried at first and confused as to why the shipper didn't package them in boxes that were big enough to completely cover the product. However, once i opened the boxes the monitors themselves were very well protected in a thicker than normal type bubble wrap. Waited to write my review because I wanted to actually start using the computer for a while so that I could accurately explain my experience and so far it works perfectly as I needed it to. Very pleased and would purchase from this seller again.
