Remember, you have to be recently exposed to the allergen for blood tests to work, and taking antihistamines impacts the effectiveness as well.I read and watched the video instructions multiple times. I followed their advice to the letter and it was extremely difficult to get enough blood to fill the 10 circles. They want the blood to drip off your finger. You need a lot of blood if it's going to drip off your fingers. The results seem to accurate. They confirmed what an allergy doctor had told me more in 10 years ago. They don't give you any resources to find a solution to your allergy problem. They tell you go talk to a doctor. I would probably not buy any other products from the company because it is extremely difficult to get the sample blood that is needed.The lancet provided in this kit is WAY TOO BIG!! When I pricked my finger with it (more like stab) I immediately felt a wave of pain and got lightheaded, dizzy, blurry vision, and I almost passed out. Mind you I am not afraid of needles or blood. I highly recommend buying your own. They’re fairly affordable and come with a 30 gauge or 28 gauge needle. The one on the left is the one I bought myself (30 gauge) and the one on the right is the one provided in the kit. I could barely feel the prick from the one I bought. My finger is STILL bleeding from using the one provided and there is a slice in my finger that is bruised.I was having a lot of trouble with allergies and wanted to know what exactly was causing the problem so I ordered the test. The test was easy to use and the turn around time was good, however the results showed that I had no allergies to the common samples tested, had to believe considering I suffer from allergies almost daily. A bit expensive to not get any informationEven though I read and re read the directions and watched the credo and did the steps right I guess I do t have enough blood that drips out of my fingers to do this.I guess I’ll have to wait and get tested at a real clinic with a skin itch test. I was actually wanting to do the food sensitivity test fist off and thought that’s what I ordered. But got this and rechecked my order and I did order the correct one. Now actually doing this test is another thing.I did it the first time and thought it was fine but it said somewhere dint touch the card blah blah. How can you not if you don’t get drops coming out? Mine was coming out of my finger but was more dripping until I could pass out rather than perfect drops which I doubt anyone has!So find a better test and save your Money if you don’t have enough blood in your fingers. I can give blood in my arms no problem! This is a different story!I dint think the directions are realistic and they need to change this because I don’t drip blood. It runs down my finger, sorry. And sorry I had to touch the card or else I can not get perfect drops on the paper ha they want. And as you can see in my pics even trying to get the accurate way I got blood everywhere and blood on the other part of the card.So I’m hoping if this second time testing doesn’t work I get a refund!The second test I did I had to prick two fingers so I might feel light headed now!I ordered this kit hoping to find out some foods I might have. Instead, it told me I'm horribly allergic to cats, fairly allergic to dogs bit nit allergic to anything outdoors. All things I knew since I've lived well over 40 years now. So, it was spot on. I just should have read a bit more before ordering.Super easy to use. Was tracked by USPS, so I knew where it was in the mail system. Results came back quickly.Not sure how accurate the tests are, but it gave me a starting point as to what to avoidI do not dislike this company, Everlywell. What I don't like is that when you order this on Amazon, and something happens... This company cannot refund you. They tell you to go to Amazon to get refunded. Unfortunately they want you to return the box for the refund. We had a mistake and we cannot return the box so we cannot get our full refund.
