I bought 3 Fellowes Reflex single arms for each one of my monitors.This product has many parts and take some time(it took me 1 hour per arm) and basic skill to assemble, but is fairly easy. The height adjustment requires an hex key, which is provided.Overall, the product is sturdy and I am satisfied.
