Having the monitors at the optimal height will reduce neck and back pain and increase productivity. Gas Spring Arm Tension Adjustment This mount utilizes a gas spring system. The gas spring arm works with weights. Install your Laptop & Monitor BEFORE making a tension adjustment. To make a tension adjustment, press down the arm to a horizontal position and using a 5mm hex key, turn clockwise to reduce tension for lighter monitor/laptop (if arm moves up), and counter-clockwise to increase tension for heavier monitor/laptop (if arm goes down) until your monitor/laptop stays in the desired position. VESA Plate Angle Adjustment For packaging purposes the VESA plate comes angled in the box. To make the Fast-Insert holes face upwards, please use both hands to adjust the VESA plate AFTER the arm is installed on the pole and BEFORE installing the monitor. The rotation will be smoother once the monitor is installed. Please note that the VESA plate has optimal 360° Rotation capability for 15"-32" monitors and there is no adjustment for it. Cable and Hex Key Management Clips The Cable Management Clips can be attached on the pole to keep your cables safely stored out of your way.
