My fiance requested this pressure cooker for his birthday. After doing some research, I was a little worried about the reviews complaining about the lack of instructional material, like the instant pot has. However, the equivalent instant pot was out of my price range, so I took a chance and bought it for him anyway.We are very pleased with the pressure cooker. It is easy to use - you might just need to Google to get the cooking times for different ingredients, but the controls are very easy. It comes with an instruction manual that explains how to use it. It's very easy to clean as well. We've used it every week since we got it, to pressure cook meats or to cook soup. My fiance loves that it allows him to make meals faster. He can also make meals that he wasn't able to before, and this pressure cooker is safer to use than a stove-top version.It's a great pressure cooker, and you won't regret buying it!
