This portable BP monitor measures your systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate. This BP machine also includes a pressure rating indicator and irregular heartbeat detection. The results with clear, oversized numbers are displayed on the easy-to-read digital LCD screen. This BP machine can store and recall up to 90 readings. The AHA recommendations for taking your BP are as follows: Sit quietly while taking your blood pressure. Rest for 5 to 10 minutes beforehand. Keep your legs uncrossed and feet flat.
