We bought one that was previously opened and were happy to see everything intact. The color is vibrant and works well with the unicorn 2 bag we bought separately. With light up wheels, we have one happy ice skater when it's dark out. This is our second zuca frame and it was in the same condition as the one purchased directly from zuca. Both hold up well with anyone sitting, and with clever placement, allows us to carry one adult and one child set of skates in each. They are definitely overpriced, but roll fantastically smooth, go up curbs easily, and give us an extra seat when the benches are full.
