TURFBOND APPLICATION DIRECTIONS To start the application process, it's important to prepare the surface thoroughly. Make sure the surface is structurally sound, smooth, and free of any substances such as oil, paint, or concrete sealers. This will ensure a flawless application and long-lasting results.TURFBOND is ready to use right out of the container, eliminating the need for any mixing. Simply unroll the turf and follow the manufacturer's instructions for acclimation. Then, place the seaming tape and choose the trowel that fits your coverage needs (coverage chart below). Spread TURFBOND evenly over the seaming tape, apply only as much TURFBOND as can be applied within 30 minutes, and place a weight on the turf seam to ensure proper bonding during the curing process.After 12 hours, the TURFBOND will have bonded enough to allow foot traffic. Clean up any unwanted adhesive immediately with a dry cloth while the adhesive is still wet. Keep in mind that once TURFBOND has fully cured, it becomes very difficult to remove.
