So far I use it mainly for making soups and ramen broth.I purchased this due to its size and perceived quality over other Chinese built options. It's quite heavy, made of nice thick stainless steel.I'm pretty happy with the performance. It turns pork bones into a delicious broth in 30 minutes or so.Make sure you put enough water in or stuff gets burned to the bottom, I experienced this making pea soup.It is a great product but with bad customer service. I bought one and the box was open when was delivered by Amazon. I tried three times to use it and was loosing pressure for the lid. I let it cool off and rest the lid but did not solve the problem. I called Magefesa customer service and they promised to call me back or email me. Neither happen. I am returning it and I will not buy another Magefesa because of their customer service.Tradición de toda la vidaOkI bought the Magafesa pressure cooker because of its high quality rating—I always purchase the highest quality cooking tools i can afford because they get a lot of use and it pays off in the long run. However I was too busy moving to Give it a try during the one month window given to return it. The first time I used it a week ago it leaked. I read all the instructions, put it together correctly. After it leaked I had my husband double check to make sure I hadn’t missed anything. So I tried it again, and again it leaked.Now I have to deal with contacting the company directly to see if they’ll take it back and send me another to use. Y tampoco traía la vaporera, al revisar el manual, indica que es opcional, pero no hay posibilidad de comprarla extra en amazon.la olla express es de excelente calidad y es muy rápido cocinar en ella.
