There were many steps involved in assembling the portable shampoo bowl. I got stuck a few times. The instructions don’t have any written instructions, just graphics. I still managed to set it up.It has two tanks at the bottom secured by metal rings. I fill one with fresh water that gets pumped to the shower head when I press the foot lever. The waste water drains from the bowl, it collects in the second tank. There is a rubber stopper so I can fill the bowl with water too. The water comes out at moderate pressure so no water splashes around. I can adjust the height of the bowl and the angle. The bowl has an inward curve in the front that hugs the neck and prevents water from leaking.I find it a gentle way to wash hair. I get a similar hair wash experience as in a hair dresser minus the cut. The tanks at the bottom are large so I rarely need to refill and empty twice. Besides, I don’t have to do much maintenance. But when I don’t use it for a long time, I cover it with a large cloth to prevent dust build-up.
