We put a different set of wheels and tires on our 2017 Jeep Renegade. These were recognized instantly without any reprogramming needed. If had one small complaint, they sometimes take a few miles to read accurately. The display on the dash will seem to be a little off on a couple tires sometimes, but that corrects itself within a few minutes. Has never caused tire pressure light to come on.
