I'm a nursing student, and I love not having the dial in my hand where it is easy to see, and I like the toggle pressure release valve! This is a great cuff so far. It took a little bit of getting used to, but that's true of any new cuff. Just line up your family members for some sphygmomonometer familiarization and practice, and your good to go.Works great BUT....the line keeps popping out of the pump/gauge. I get that this is how it was designed but there should be a way to more securely attach the BP cuff line. Idea is you force the tip into the pump/bulb side when you want to use it then unplug it. Just an annoying process.Hard to get used to initially, but when you do it is AWESOME!easy and practical to useexcellentseems very well made. I have used it only couple times.
