良い圧力鍋を前から欲しかったのですが、最も有名なフィスラーのものは5万円近くするので諦めていました。でも研究するうちにマイヤーの本製品に行きつき、購入して大変正解でした。ステンレスの美麗な仕上がりは素敵で、フィスラーの高級品と並べても甲乙つけられないでしょう。デザインは、最近の圧力鍋は片手鍋風に設計されているものもありますが、やはり圧力鍋なら両手鍋が好きですし。オールステンレス製で、この点、アルミをステンレスで挟む構造にしたフィスラーなどよりも簡易にできていますが、圧力鍋最強の140KPA超をたたき出す圧力と調理力すばらしく、全くハンディになっていません。ボタン一つで堅牢にできたフタと鍋をきっちりロックする機構もよく考えられており、安全性にも万全の注意が払われています。有名料理人のメニューブックも添えられているし、本製品を使ったaricoさんの調理ブックも出版されていますし、非常に安心して購入できる製品ですから、フィーリングの合う方には絶対おすすめです。
