I, too, have a bedridden parent and this product was recommended by a physician upon her release from the nursing home. Unfortunately, I didn't get it right away. When I started using it regularly there were no more reoccurring UTIs. Now the problem is getting it!! I paid for expedited shipping and it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. This was after trying to get it from the company and they said that they would be out until June.Nevertheless, I still highly recommend this product.
