I’m on my second bottle of BPS-5, and even with the first bottle, I could tell a difference. I’ve tried several prescription meds - valsartan, telmisartan, lisinopril, etc. and they had horrible side effects. This does not.I know this may scare some of you, but some of my readings are like “221 / 130” or “210 / 120.” I’m 5’11 and 190 lbs - mostly muscle, but I’m working on dropping a few lbs and doing more cardio. I eat very healthfully. There are many causes of high blood pressure not necessarily salt intake, weight, etc.This isn’t cheap - and of course insurance doesn’t cover it in my case. But, it took me from the 200’s to 170’s and from the 120’s - 130’s to the 90’s. I’ll keep watching for more of a reduction, as I do the cardio to help reduce it more. But, the bottom line is that I feel better and have more energy. No side effects. So, there ya go. Highly recommended - although, you should check with your Doctor if you have a competent one. I'm not sure yet of the effect it is having on my blood pressure but I'm willing to try another month to see what changes occur.To lower blood pressure it seems it’s working I usually take amlodipine been wanting to get off it I’ll continue taking bps50 thanksVery pleased with quick overnight delivery! So, very anxious to see if BPS-5 works better than current prescription drugs being taken for hypertension. While a bit costly, will continue using natural remedy if it works.In taking the BPS5, I have noticed on day two the decrease in blood pressure count.
